At Rakhi Brand, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and any complimentary items, if applicable.
- Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Used, worn, washed, or altered products.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing rakhibrand7@gmail.com.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the product and the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or provide an alternative solution.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Rakhi Brand will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Products should be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may still qualify for a return in accordance with this policy after delivery.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused without a valid reason or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any applicable shipping or return shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot be refunded, Rakhi Brand may process the refund through another legally permitted method.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, Rakhi Brand reserves the right to verify return and refund requests before approval. Requests found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy may be declined.
